Hal has sold several homes to us. So our experience with his services have been very positive. He finds what we want in our home and he goes and finds the home that meets our needs. He knows the best people to do inspections, pest control, repairs, cleaning etc etc etc. One of the traits my wife particularly likes is his punctuality. We moved back to Clarksville in 2009 and purchased a home in the country near our two families. In 2004, we sold that home and purchased a new home in town. May 30, 2025, we sold our home and moved to MN. When purchasing both homes, Hal listened carefully to what we said then took us to see maybe 5 or 6 homes before we found the perfect one. The company Don worked for transferred us many times &, unlike other realtors we've dealt with, Hal never wasted our time going to a lot of homes we would not care for. Hal was also our realtor in the sell of both of these homes. We had solid contracts on both after only 4 or 5 showings. Our time was never wasted with clients who were not serious about our home. In both cases, Hal immediately set up all necessary inspections and other things needed for closing so there would be no delays. He is very knowledgeable about his business, listens to all you say, and is a true man of honest integrity that we highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Clarksville area.
